  • What is your Return Policy?
    I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. But please do contact me if you have any problems with your order.
  • What if I provided the wrong address at checkout?
    I always ship to the address provided in the "Shipping address" field at checkout. I cannot be responsible for packages that are lost if the wrong address is given. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before submitting your order. If you provided the wrong address, and the item has been delivered, please reach out to the carrier that shipped your package. They can assist in retrieving your package from the wrong address. If your order hasn't been processed, please contact me immediately and I may be able to make adjustments to the mailing address.
  • How quickly do you ship orders out?
    See item details for estimated arrival times. Depending on the item it can ship out anywhere between 2 business days and 2 weeks.
  • What shipping service do I use?
    Most packages will go out by USPS with tracking information. On occasion and during the business holiday season I may use UPS. Should you need a faster delivery or would like to use a different shipping provider, please contact me to make arrangements ahead of time.
  • What if my package is delayed?
    If your package is delayed, please check your tracking number for updates. Once I deliver your order to USPS, I am unable to see updates beyond the info provided by the carriers via their tracking numbers.
  • USPS says my package has been delivered, but I haven't received it. What should I do?
    There are times when USPS experiences higher than usual delays, especially during business holiday seasons, and they sometimes make mistakes when scanning packages. Give your item 2-3 more business days, and it should arrive within that timeframe. If it doesn't, please reach out to USPS or send an email at chiavenecustomcreations@gmail.com.
  • How do I get free shipping?
    Order total must be at least $50 After any Discounts for Free Shipping. Free shipping is not expedited shipping.
  • What payment types do you accept?
    I offer lots of convenient ways to pay. Accepted forms of payment including Wix Payments (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners), Apple Pay, PayPal, Affirm.
  • Do you have a physical, brick-and-mortar-store?
    No, I do not.
  • Do you offer local pickup?
    Yes, I do. Select the option at checkout. I will message you with details.
